Legal clarity.
Premium presentation.
Everything in one place — policies, project agreement language, scope documents, and signing instructions.
Preview Protection
Previews are sales demonstrations and remain Forelum property until purchased. They may not be copied, deployed, or reused without written permission.
No Business Guarantees
Forelum does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, or third-party platform performance. We guarantee the quality of the deliverable.
Ownership After Payment
After full payment clears, the client receives rights to the final approved website deliverables for that project.
Professional Boundaries Protect Both Sides
Forelum builds custom website presentation systems. Clear policies help the project stay organized, prevent surprise expectations, and make the finished delivery easier to approve. These terms apply to all Forelum website projects regardless of tier.
General Website Policy
Forelum provides website design, presentation, page structure, content organization, and related production services. Each project is based on the selected package, accepted scope, project notes, and client-approved materials.
Client Accuracy & Approvals
The client is responsible for accurate business information, legal claims, pricing, service details, licensing statements, testimonials, images, media rights, contact information, and final approvals. Forelum builds what the client provides and approves.
Third-Party Services
Hosting, domains, email, analytics, maps, reviews, payment processors, booking tools, plugins, and other third-party services are controlled by their providers. Forelum can assist with setup or connection when included in scope but does not control those outside services.
Search, Marketing & Results
Forelum may create clean page structure, basic SEO-friendly organization, metadata, headings, and trust-focused content. These services do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, calls, leads, sales, or revenue.
Ownership After Payment
After full payment clears, the client receives rights to the final approved website deliverables prepared for that project. Forelum retains ownership of internal systems, tools, workflows, preview methods, reusable frameworks, templates, drafts, unpaid work, and non-final concepts.
Privacy & Communication
Forelum uses client-provided contact information to communicate about project intake, approvals, delivery, support, billing, and related service matters. Clients should avoid sending unnecessary private or sensitive information unless required for the project.
Cookies & Visitor Insight
Forelum uses a simple cookie notice and limited first-party visitor insight tools to understand basic website activity — page views, referral source, device type, and whether visitors look at Business, Signature, Pricing, or Contact pages. Forelum does not use invasive tracking, fingerprinting, or sell visitor data.
